OPINION

LUCAS, P.J.

Paul Demetrius Allen appeals from judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of assault with a firearm (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(2)) and robbery (Pen. Code, § 211). He also petitions for writ of habeas corpus, asserting inadequate assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the conviction and deny the writ petition.
