In this personal injury case, Brian Bruttig, an adolescent minor, was injured while playing on a snowmobile with two other boys, Tim Louis and Douglas Olsen. Brian sued Tim and also sued Douglas' parents, David and Rita Olsen. After trial to a jury, Brian was found more negligent than any other individual. On appeal, he argues that the trial court wrongly refused to impute to each Olsen parent the negligence of the other, and wrongly denied his motion...
