I. JURISDICTION

Claimant, Richard Thompson, suffered a heart attack on the job while employed by FNF Construction. Thompson filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits. The administrative law judge denied the claim, holding that Thompson had failed to "forthwith" report the accident and injury to his employer as required by A.R.S. § 23-908(D).
