The appellant, Harry Duruttya, petitions this Court seeking a reversal of the September 8, 1988, ruling of the Circuit Court of Mingo County, which overturned a July 1, 1988, Hearing Examiner's decision to grant Duruttya a hearing regarding the termination of his employment by the appellees, the Mingo County Board of Education.
