Respondent, J. Jerome Olitt was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the Second Judicial Department on June 23, 1954. He was suspended from practice by the Appellate Division, Second Department, for two years in 1960 and reinstated in 1962. In an order dated March 7, 1978, we suspended respondent from the practice of law for three years effective April 7, 1978 and until further order of the court. ...
