The substantive legal issue in this case is whether a commercial, blanket, fidelity bond issued to a corporation covers embezzlements by the corporation's sole stockholder, officer and director. There are, however, procedural complications. The trial court granted summary judgment against the insurer in favor of the claimants on the bond, and denied summary judgment for the insurer.
