The defendant has appealed from the judgment following his conviction by a jury of burglary in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-102,1 unlawful restraint in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-96,2 and falsely reporting an incident, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-180.3
