Defendant, Woodland Sales Company (Woodland), appeals the order of the circuit court dismissing both counts of its amended counterclaim against plaintiff, Bloomingdale State Bank (Bank). The Bank originally brought an action against Woodland to recover on a loan secured by an automobile.
