Per Curiam.

Defendant-appellant, Rodney Carmack, was charged in a four-count indictment with three counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition. The charges were tried to a jury which found the defendant guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced the defendant to consecutive terms of ten to fifteen years on the rape charges but declined to impose sentence on the charge of gross sexual imposition...
