This appeal raises three principal issues: the validity of a conviction based upon a unilateral conspiracy, the admissibility of a warrantless wiretap procured with the consent of one of the parties, and the constitutionality of a statutory exemption for drug dependent persons. A jury found the defendant, Pedro Grullon, guilty on one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes...
