After a jury trial in an action to recover damages for injuries suffered as a result of the collapse of two buildings at 569 and 571 Ninth Avenue in Manhattan, the defendant contractor and his subcontractor were found to have been negligent in the apportioned percentages of 58% and 24%, respectively.
