Starr Card and his wife Lila Card were charged in the circuit court of Marion County with two counts of unlawful possession of manufacturers identification plates (counts I and II), two counts of failure to maintain records (counts III and IV), and one count of unlawful use of weapons (count V). Starr Card alone was also charged with two counts of theft over $300 (counts VI and VIII)...
