OPINION

PUGLIA, P.J.

Defendant was charged in an information with two counts of violating Health and Safety Code section 11350, possession of heroin and cocaine, respectively. The trial court dismissed the information after it granted defendant's motion to suppress evidence. (Pen. Code, § 1538.5.) The People appeal, contending the trial court erred as a matter of law. We shall reverse.
