Hope appeals his conviction for criminal trespass at Hartsfield Airport (OCGA § 16-7-21 (b) (2)).

Hope had been convicted of the offense of criminal trespass committed on four separate occasions at Hartsfield Airport and the records of these convictions were introduced at his trial here. Part of his sentencing in one of these was his agreement, evidenced by his affidavit signed on March 15, 1988, witnessed by his lawyer and the solicitor...
