The appellants, Jerry and Wayne Barnes, d/b/a Barnes Brothers Auto Body Repair, repaired a wrecked automobile belonging to Ann Burson, with respect to which the appellee, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), held a perfected security interest.
