BORDEN, J.

The plaintiffs appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their zoning appeal for lack of aggrievement. The dispositive issue involves the application of the recent Supreme Court case of Caltabiano v. Planning & Zoning Commission, 211 Conn. 662, 560 A.2d 975 (1989), to the facts of this case. We conclude that Caltabiano controls this case, and we find error.
