Respondent moves for an order, pursuant to CPLR 2221, granting leave to renew and reargue the decision of this court dated November 23, 1988 (141 Misc.2d 882), as modified by this court's order dated December 21, 1988. This court grants leave to renew and reargue but, upon renewal and reargument, this court adheres to its original decision.
