Hess Brothers (Employer) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing a referee's decision granting Employer's petition for termination on the basis that Mary Anne Gornick (Claimant), the widow of Paul Gornick (Decedent), was living in a meretricious relationship under Section 307 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act)1
