MOYLAN, Judge.

The appellant, Sun Kin Chan, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County by Judge William M. Cave, sitting without a jury, of 1) possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 2) possession of drug paraphernalia, 3) illegal gambling, and 4) possession of a short-barrelled shotgun. Upon this appeal, he raises essentially two contentions:

1. That all of the evidence found in the search of 10500 Rockville Pike should have been suppressed...
