This is an appeal from a superior court judgment in an action in replevin to recover a backhoe owned by appellant A M Leasing, Ltd., (A M). A M has appealed from the judgment insofar as it (a) allows appellee Bill Baker to recover either the detachable parts that he had added to the backhoe or their value — $1,500; and (b) awards Baker his attorney's fees.
