The plaintiffs1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court, dismissing their administrative appeal challenging a decision of the defendant environmental protection board of the city of Stamford (board).

That decision approved an application by the defendant Stamford Associates to conduct regulated activities in a wetlands area owned by Stamford Associates.
