PER CURIAM.

Defendants appeal as of right from an order of the Oakland Circuit Court granting declaratory and injunctive relief to the plaintiff. We affirm.

Plaintiff association is a nonprofit incorporated association of owners of land located in six subdivisions in Commerce Township. Membership in the association is voluntary.
