This matter is currently before the Court on the motion of the Federal Land Bank of Louisville ("Land Bank") to dismiss the proceeding on the ground that the debtors, Gilford Norman and Mary Jacqueline Smith, ("debtors") are ineligible for relief under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code.
