PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition in favor of defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) (failure to state a claim). We reverse.

Plaintiffs are inmates in the custody of the Department of Corrections. Defendant is a corrections officer who filed a prison major misconduct report against plaintiffs charging them with sodomy. An administrative hearing was held within the department and a hearing officer determined...
