Defendant appeals as of right from a circuit court order holding him in contempt for failure to pay alimony. At issue is whether § 523(a)(5)(B) of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 USC 101 et seq., relieves defendant of his obligation to pay alimony under the divorce judgment. The trial court concluded that defendant was not so relieved. We agree and affirm.
