A Confirmation Hearing on the Debtor's Proposed Chapter 13 Plan was held on September 19, 1988. At that hearing BANK OF AMERICA ("Creditor") objected to the Debtor's Proposed Chapter 13 Plan as it does not provide for interest to be paid on mortgage arrearages cured under the plan.
