Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree felony (criminal sexual conduct) murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548. Defendant then pled guilty to being a fourth-felony habitual offender, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. He was sentenced to life imprisonment and now appeals as of right.
