These appeals are taken by defendants from a judgment for money damages entered after a jury trial and from a denial of a post-trial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Joint and several liability was premised against defendants Thomas and Ann Richardson on the tort of interference with contractual relations and defendant Ronald Roberts on breach of a contract to sell a home.
