This appeal arises from a judgment sustaining an action brought by the plaintiff, Cutter Development Corporation, against the defendants, Angelo Peluso, John Peluso and Louis Peluso, claiming that the plaintiff and the defendants had executed "a certain agreement" for the sale of the defendants' property to the plaintiff and seeking, upon the defendants' refusal to convey the property on the date allegedly set for performance, a decree of specific enforcement...
