Defendant, Loren Regelin, pled guilty to delivery of more than 50 grams and less than 225 grams of cocaine, contrary to MCL 333.7401(1); MSA 14.15(7401)(1), and was sentenced to a term of ten to twenty years in prison, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(2)(a)(iii).
