The Debtors, husband and wife, are engaged in farming and filed a Chapter 12 proceeding. Prior to the filing the Debtors owned certain real estate (Tract 2), and were leasing from Mr. Marshall's mother and father (Senior Marshalls) certain other real estate (Tract 1). Subsequently, the Senior Marshalls borrowed money from the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis (BANK) and mortgaged Tract 1 to the BANK. The Senior...
