OPINION

SHELLEY, Judge.

Appellee Gordon Gene Emond (defendant) was indicted on four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, class 2 felonies, and dangerous crimes against children in violation of A.R.S. § 13-3553. Section 3553 reads:

A. A person commits sexual exploitation of a minor by knowingly: .... 2. Distributing, transporting, exhibiting, receiving, selling, purchasing...
