Arnett, et al. to determine the dischargeability of debt of Jeffrey Michael Weiner pursuant to section 523(a)(2)(A), section 523(a)(4), and section 523(a)(6). The plaintiffs appeared by and through counsel, Timothy J. Sear. The debtor/defendant appeared by and through counsel, Alan L. Markowitz.
