Petitioner appeals as of right from a circuit court order denying his motion to set aside the suspension of his driver's license. We reverse.

In June, 1987, petitioner pled guilty to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520e; MSA 28.788(5). Fourth-degree CSC is a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than two years, or by a fine of not more than $500, or both.
