C.V.C.1 appeals from judgments convicting him of false imprisonment, attempted second-degree sexual assault and two counts of seconddegree sexual assault. C.V.C. was sentenced to a total of twenty-five years in prison, with the last ten years of the sentence stayed and probation ordered.
