On January 24, 1989, counsel for the Plaintiffs in the above-captioned adversary proceeding filed a motion seeking substantial attorneys' fees for their services performed in the course of the instant Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.1 This motion is based, alternatively, on 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and 11 U.S.C. §§ 503(b)(3)(D) and (b)(4)....
