Plaintiffs, Edwin J. Wildfong and Loula Wildfong, appeal as of right from orders of the Saginaw Circuit Court issued on November 9 and 10, 1987, granting motions for summary disposition in favor of defendants, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Phoenix Insurance Agency. In essence, plaintiffs argue that a release in a prior action against Fireman's Fund Insurance Company which they signed in their capacities as representatives of their family-owned corporation...
