American Standard Insurance Company appeals a judgment that it pay its policy limits of $50,000 toward a $92,151.42 verdict in favor of Christine S. Vonch. American Standard contends that payments made by it and other insurance companies to Vonch should operate to reduce the judgment against it, that a loan receipt arrangement between Vonch and the other tort-feasor operated as a Pierringer release, and that the court erred by not instructing the jury...
