Plaintiff, Shirley F. Wright, filed a complaint in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court against defendants, Doctors Honor Wolfe, Patrick O'Grady, Thomas Mullin and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Plaintiff's complaint alleged defendants were negligent in the performance of an abdominal hysterectomy, causing injury to plaintiff's urinary tract.
