Defendants Oakland Raiders, Ltd., and Allen Davis appeal judgment after jury trial favoring plaintiff Eugene V. Klein on his complaint for malicious prosecution. Klein appeals an order granting a new trial unless he consented to reduction of damages. We reverse the judgment with directions to the superior court to enter judgment favoring the Raiders and Davis. We dismiss as moot Klein's appeal from the conditional...
