On June 28, 1988, following a bench trial in the circuit court of McLean County, defendant Christine Janecek was convicted of reckless driving and felony criminal damage to property. She was subsequently sentenced to concurrent terms of 6 months' and 30 months' probation, respectively, and she was ordered to pay $1,078.96 restitution.
