In this case, we are called upon to interpret the provisions of the drunk driving statutes relating to arrest without a warrant, MCL 257.625(1); MSA 9.2325(1) and MCL 764.15(1)(h); MSA 28.874(1)(h). Defendants appeal by leave granted from a March 14, 1988, order denying their motion for summary disposition and granting plaintiffs' countermotion for summary disposition on plaintiffs' claims of false arrest and false imprisonment.
