The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-60 (a) (2), burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (2), and criminal trespass in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-107 (a) (1). He claims that the burglary and criminal trespass convictions should be reversed because the court's jury instructions...
