BORDEN, J.

The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of conspiracy to commit robbery in the second degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-135 (a) (2) and 53a-48. The conviction stemmed from an attempted robbery at a convenience store. The sole issue is whether, because the defendant neither filed a request to charge nor excepted to the charge as given, the trial court's instructions regarding the testimony of an accomplice...
