This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendants/appellees Fry's Food Stores (Fry's) and Brown Industries (Brown) arising from appellants' (Andrews) lawsuit for injuries resulting from a trip and fall while appellant was shopping on Fry's premises.
