Shannon Govar (Govar) appeals from a district court1 order granting summary judgment to Chicago Insurance Company (Chicago Insurance) in a declaratory judgment action brought to determine whether the company must pay a judgment against its insured, Atherton Hiett (Hiett). We affirm.
