A jury convicted appellant Roy Frankhauser of conspiring to obstruct justice, 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1503 (1982), for having suggested to members of Lyndon LaRouche's staff that they burn documents, send witnesses abroad, and refuse to turn over records to a Boston grand jury investigating possible credit card fraud.
