JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

This case arises on appeal from appellant's conviction on one count of conspiracy to transport stolen securities in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 371 and two counts of transporting stolen securities in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 2 and 2314. We affirm.
