The defendants, Conrad A. Stella (Stella) and Stella Insurance Agency (agency), appeal from the judgment of the trial court awarding the plaintiff $60,300 in damages for the defendants' failure to procure an insurance policy on the plaintiff's property. The defendants do not contest the issue of liability, but rather appeal only the award of damages. They claim that the trial court's judgment is erroneous...
