Henry Edsel Holmes was convicted of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise ("CCE") in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 848, and filing of a false income tax return, in violation of 26 U.S.C. Sec. 7206(1), after pleading guilty to these offenses.
